This wonderful, detached villa for 16 persons is situated at holiday park Noordzee Résidence Cadzand-Bad. Cadzand is the southernmost seaside-resort of the Netherlands. Cadzand offers one of the most beautiful beaches of the Netherlands. The luxurious, comfortably furnished villas are situated in peaceful, green, watery surroundings.
Living room on the ground floor with underfloor heating, DVD-player and free Internet. Through folding doors you will reach the spacious, covered terrace. Kitchen complete with amongst others dishwasher, combination oven, fridge/freezer, coffee-maker, Senseo and electric kettle.
On the ground floor: storeroom, toilet and the first two luxurious bedrooms with 2 singled beds, with adjoining bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Five bedrooms on the first floor, one with 2 beds and bathroom en suite with shower and washbasin. Two bedrooms with two single beds with adjoining bathroom and two bedrooms with three single beds and adjoining bathroom. One of the bathrooms has a shower, a washbasin and an infrared sauna. The other bathroom has a bath and a washbasin. There are two separate toilets on the first floor.
A washing machine and a dryer will be at your disposal. Outside you will find a garden, a covered terrace with garden furniture and a terrace heater, a storeroom and 5 parking places.

Submerged land of Saeftinghe
This wonderful scenic area is situated on the border between the Netherlands and Belgium and is the largest brackish water of Europe. Many breeding- and migratory birds live here. All year long you can observe many birds, varying from geese, sedge warblers in spring, to sea-eagles in winter. Seals are regularly spotted as well.
The historic town centre of Bruges has been included on the World Heritage List of Unesco. This city offers many monumental buildings such as the Provincial Court, the Fish Market, beguinage Ten Wijngaerde, the Houses of God and the Belfort. Besides, you can visit various museums, varying from modern visual arts to the new Lace Centre. Besides culture, you will definitely enjoy the cosy streets and shops, sit down on a terrace and enjoy a wonderful dinner in one of the many restaurants.
The old fortified city is one of the most beautiful cities of Zeeland Flanders. It has a Burgundian character and breathes a pleasant atmosphere. This city is definitely worth a visit. Hulst is surrounded by moats. You can make a nice walk over the old town ramparts. The Saint-Willibrordus basilica is definitely worth. The old city centre doesn’t only offer monuments, but many shops, restaurants and ice-cream parlours as well, which are open 7 days a week! On Mondays a large market is organized.
