On the ground floor you will find a living room, an open kitchen, a bathroom and a bedroom. Spacious living room, amongst others with TV, DVD-player, radio and central heating. Open kitchen, amongst others with coffee-maker, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove (four rings) and electric kettle. Bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. On the ground floor you will find one bedroom with two single boxspring beds. On the first floor you will find another bedroom with four single boxspring beds. All beds have single duvets.
Outside you will find a furnished porch and a private parking place.
The communal garden is partially fenced-off.
