Noordwijk offers a cosy centre with several restaurants, terraces, shops and supermarkets. You will reach the apartment, on the first floor, by elevator. The apartment has a cosy, furnished living room with dinette, dining table and TV. Kitchen complete with amongst others stove (four rings), coffee-maker, microwave, grill, electric kettle and washing machine. Bathroom with toilet, washbasin, bath and separate shower. There are two bedrooms: One with double bed and one with bunkbeds. four-single duvets are available. Outside you will find a balcony with garden chairs and table.
There are various possibilities to discover the city, you can go for a walk, join a guided city tour and become acquainted with the historic town centre or make a round tour through the canals. Delft stands for Delftware. Not only lampposts or nameplates remind of it; various locations allow you to admire it like the Royal earthenware factory De Porceleyne Fles, Delft Pottery De Delftse Pauw or De Candelaer. There are numerous possibilities!
Local nickname for Leiden is Key City. Leiden has the oldest university of the Netherlands. The city is known for its rich history and the old town centre with canals, historic buildings and almshouses. Leiden has more than 2800 historic buildings and places of interest which can be reached either on foot, by bike or by boat, like: the Castle, the town hall, the St. Peters Church, the theatre and the Gravensteen.
The ‘Keukenhof’ is a large park (32ha) with a lot of footpaths (15km)., fun for both young and old. The park is filled with blooming tulips, hyacinths, narcissus and other bulbous plants. A perfect place to relax and get inspired.
The famous Madurodam is a Dutch miniature city in The Hague, scale: 1:25. In this miniature city you can form a picture of Dutch society by means of replicas of Dutch buildings.
