This giant « ride », known as the « Roll Air cable », is made up of a long cable, nearly 2 km long, strung between the summit of the Drouvet (2655 m) and the Lac Long (2500 m). The « Roll Air cable», takes the sensation-seeker on a trip between the earth and the sky, lasting a minute and twenty seconds, at the speed of 130 km per hour, all at a height of over 120 m! This giant ride is accessible to skiers by means of the Telemix, and is open to all over the age of 10, winter and summer alike.

Skiing area: Altitude 1850 m - 2725 m
The 100 km of slopes, in the Orcières skiing area, ensure you hours of pleasurable skiing. There are 44 slopes (of which 7 green, 14 blue, 17 red and 6 black), served by 30 ski lifts, including 3 'télémix" (combined chairlift and cable car)
Quicker, safer and more comfortable! Replacement of the 2-place chairlift, the "télésiège des Lacs", by a new +6-place chairlift "le télésiège des Estaris". Thus, access to the skiing area from Orcières 1850 is further reinforced.
The slopes, at a high altitude and facing different ways, make for variety in descent. The resort also has 70 snow guns, a slalom run, snowpark and boardercross
The ‘ haut champsaur’ area is reserved for Nordic skiing.
The 30 km, making up this skiing area, link together several hamlets and villages, before running into the woods of larch trees and alongside streams. Nine loops, of between 3 and 7km, of varying levels, are available to skiers, for delightful outings at the heart of nature.
Free-riders can enjoy free style skiing in a huge snow park (16000m)², at an altitude of 2280m, with a boarder cross , whoops (mogul park) box – thrills guaranteed!
Cross-country skiing: 2 km on the Roche Rousse plateau at an altitude of 2280 m and at the Orcières outdoor leisure centre.
